Jorge Rocca has been a laser innovator at Colorado State University, U.S.A. (CSU) campus for more than 30 years. After completing undergraduate work in physics in his native Argentina, he came to CSU to pursue his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering (ECE), where he now serves as a university distinguished professor of ECE and physics. He is also director and professor at the National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center for Extreme Ultraviolet Science and Technology (NSF EUV ERC).
