Invisible laser
An invisible laser at 1064nm is focussed into a frequency-doubling crystal (center). The Second Harmonic Generation is seen as bright green light. This green light is then subsequently used for fluorescence excitation in a cuvette filled with Rhodamine 6G. The fluorescence is seen as yellow light.
