Droplet on FP Cavity
Optical image of a fabricated MDM Fabry–Pérot cavity with water droplets placed on its surface. Under light illumination, the droplets induce pronounced and vibrant reflection patterns due to the modification of the local refractive-index environment and the resulting change in the Fabry–Pérot interference condition.
