Metasurfaces: Towards Tunable and Reconfigurable Meta-devices

This book is focused on the structural reconfiguration of metasurfaces working with frequencies from microwaves to the infrared region using various physical principles. Different types of reconfigurable metasurfaces based on MEMS, frequency selective surfaces and tunable photonic and microfluidic devices are developed throughout the entire book.

These issues are covered in 10 chapters containing theory and extensive experiments. At the end of each chapter, there is a reference list for further reading.

Since metasurfaces are a hot topic in microwave engineering and photonics, the book is addressed to all working in this area of research with important applications in optics and wireless communications.
