This book is dedicated to terahertz (THz) systems for terabits per second (Tbps) wireless communications. The book is written by experts in the field and covers all aspects of this challenging communication system.
The first three parts of the book are focused on the thorny problem of these types of communications: propagation and channel modeling. The fourth part of the book deals with THz antennas, while the next part describes THz transceivers based on Si, III-V semiconductors and photonics. The book ends with experimental aspects of these communications and their standardization.
Since THz science is multidisciplinary field based on photonics and electronics, this book is addressed to a large audience as an updated account for TBs wireless communications.
