Quantum Fields: From the Hubble to the Planck Scale

This book discusses quantum field theory, gravitation and cosmology. It is an advanced lecture course oriented around theory, but the experimental results are almost absent.

The book has 26 chapters, and it is divided into three main sections. The first six chapters are introductory and deal with classical and quantum mechanics and basic knowledge of quantum field theory. The next 12 chapters are dedicated to quantum field theory, while the last eight chapters are focused on gravitation and cosmology.

The book is clearly written with exercises at the end of each chapter. The book is recommended to anyone interested in a modern account of the universe and its laws on a small scale and a large scale.
