Nanomaterials, Vol. 2: Quantization and Entropy

In volume 1 of this series of books on nanomaterials, the authors investigated electronic properties of optoelectronic nanomaterials. The current book documents advances in the study of the electron energy spectra for heavily doped materials by studying their entropy based on the concept of the variation of the electron kinetic energy. The target audience for this book is researchers, students and engineers working in the field of nonlinear optical materials.
